emm...finally got to ride the train today since I came back.. haha... have been chauffered ard the past few days, shopping with my sis and mom and spending family time:) hehe... bought a really nice necklace, loving it :)
of course trying to satisfy my cravings for the food i have been missing out the past few months too.. haha. had taiwanese food at Liang Court with my dad and his friends... it was weird having pig trotters, intestine, oyster omelette etc as fine dining. lol. haha... wanna go buffet but something unexpected always comes up so i haven got the chance to do so yet...sighs... jap today was good though and tmr will be another pig out with dora and jocelyn! haha...
so many pple birthday hav just passed or ard the corner, have to crack my brains to buy prez...
e.g. zi wei, jocelyn, dora, huilin... all the prez i mixed up le. lol.
yays... i may be able to do an attachment this time round, thanks to candace. cross fingers**:)
tickets to Spain finally booked after all the trouble with the tour and airline etc... finally decided to go free and easy with SQ instead of tour with Turkish airlines. i guess it's a blessing in disguise too:) so looking forward to it!
and i saw a Prada bag tht is soso nice. i am in love with it. but the heafty pricetag isnt helping... haha...will santa claus be generous this christmas?? i have been a good girl this year... **ya...RIGHT** haha... cant decide btw the two bags i saw.. will look ard more i guess...
my brother has been using my no. since i am in Melb and now apparently he claims he has too many friends so he doesnt want to give me back the SIM card! LOL:)
so i have to be handphone-less for a few more days while my mom tries to persuade him to give me back my no! HAHA.
i want to meet up with everyone but then i have no access to a SIM card!! sighs... my handphone lay sadly on my table waiting to be activated again.
Meanwhile i have to let it sleep.... ... ... ...

and lots of last min shopping for things to bring back! lots of food this time. i think almost half of our luggage is food! lol. u wld think spore is facing a famine so we have to import home. haha... :)

yays.. i got my first choice... :):) but i wondered would i have actually gotten into fetal movement if i had put it as my first choice though the supervisor told me my chances were slim since this anaesthesia unit was said to be competitive too...
its bad to think so much... too many grey hairs le....
BUT THE EXAMS ARE FINALLY OVER!!!! it seemed to drag for so long cos i think the papers this semester were one of the worst! every paper was harder and harder then the last, it wore me out...
anyways, on a brighter note, after OSCE, and jumping for joy cos the exams were out of the way, i followed steph to the city to run errands and grocery shop:) haha.
then met up with pj, phey yee, kim & mel for Max Brener (longest time since i have been there and they seemed to have added lots of interesting items) and we sat there till abt 6pm talking abt lots... was such a relaxing afternoon :)
then went to lygon for dinner with my juniors:) ying thai was full so we went to Coretto's instead. had to leave halfway though cos henry, christle, my dad, sis & i were gg go-karting near port melb...
it was rather ex though... $65 for 40 laps in abt 20 min... inittially i freaked out cos i could hardly control it but soon i was like "heck-care" n just zoomed my way through. haha.. my first time in a real go-kart and by the end of it, my hands and butt was vibrating and i felt quite dizzy, prob inhaled too much petrol fumes.. haha. i think i sustained a whip-lash injury cos we collided a few times.. my neck felt so sore...haha.. BUT my timing wasn't tht bad. had a best lap time of 33 sec.
40 laps seemed a lot, but soon it was all over.
hmm.. quite an experience though i am all worn out right now... cars are dangerous objects, seriously.... haha...i was really terrified the first few rounds... but i managed to overtake my dad! HAHA. But Henry was too pro la... cannot even try to overtake him!lol... his best timing was abt 29 sec...
wat a hectic day!! i am SO tired now. haha. need some sleep.
& i drag my sis and dad to Shoya for a nice slow japanese lunch...
my dad sarcastically asked: "exams over already ar??"
what can i say?? "eh.... KIND OF!!" haha...
I WISH!!!.. but i have another two papers to go... Practical and OSCE...
home SOON:)
i am still waiting for the AMS release... anxious... cos i dont know who wants to take me?? lol.like putting myself up for an auction and nobody bothers to bid... haha...
it's still weird tht his name is so similar to "Osama"... i guess Bush must be fuming in anger. lol... so ironic...
but, seriously if i have the time now, and not busy studying for the exams, i wld be put up a long post why John sld have won instead! haha... not tht he will make a better president, but just safer...
i was wasting hrs yest. on youtube checking out the election videos!! sighs...
