Time has been passing really quick… it is going to be the end of January.. one month since the new year..
Yup, a summary of my week since back frm KL… some events have vanished frm my brain though..hehe
17th jan,Wed…Went out with ju, chichao again, though hiu lin cldn make it..lol.. my sis came along since she was with me…ate at café cartel, where after dinner we played a game and the loser had to finish two glasses of water…I was the ultimate loser la, everyone lost once, but I had to lose twice.. haha… but it was really funny, we wet the whole table and finished one whole jug of water…luckily it was just water n not like someone suggested, mixing the creamy salad and water..yucks…hehe…decided to watch “the queen”, which throughout the movie I had every intention to sleep.. super boring la, but quite funny at times…luckily the super lame ju n sam kept me awake, laughing at their jokes more than the movie..after the movie, we snapped a picture not knowing we weren’t allowed cameras in the cinema n got told off.. lol.. shopped ard hereen for a while before going back since all the shops closed le… It was quite comical the next day too cos I realized I forgot to pass chichao n ju their souvenir so decided to meet them at katib at abt 5pm… ju arrived early but I wasn there yet… then suddenly lindy sms me saying, “hey toolpig.. why u so slow..make somebody wait”…haha… so I ask lindy to keep him busy…by the time I reached, I saw another two familiar faces… haha… zi wei was also there toking to ju.. haha… one guy attracted two girls while waiting for half an hour.. haha…so qiao…anyways, chichao was the last to arrive but we sat at the control station for quite some time before we left for home… Also, was busy with my medical checkup, my police check where they took the fingerprints of all my 10 fingers…I also had to complete a first aid course in order to qualify for my course, n luckily I found one in yishun, which means I don’t have to travel far.. n I just PASSED the test yest… cpr, bandaging etc.. I had no idea I had to complete all these stuff till ailynn told me… thanks a lot..:) but have been taking evening classes for the past 6 days… Our family friend, Gob frm Thailand arrived in spore on friday n so we had dinner together… he n his girlfriend, plus two friends… Had a good workout on sat though it was raining.. as usual yirong, sam n I wld be at the club having our active sat evenings.. haha… supposed to be playing tennis but since it was raining, we played table tennis, pool n basketball when the rain stopped.. so fun as always.. J burn the calories.. yeah! That night, gob n gand was at our hse n we had a karaoke session cos one of them was a pianist n while she played, we sang… more like my cousin n I only… but then it was a good laugh too..:) Yup… 22nd jan, MON…a new week… yum cha with janet was great… we sat at red star for 2 hrs just toking n drinking Chinese tea… haha.. J more like the hongkong pple…we were actually waiting for lay leng, but she cldn make it in the end, so both of us had a “couple” day out shopping at Chinatown n bugis… Bought a 80gb harddisk at sim lim square cos I convinced my dad I needed one for uni.. muhahaha…:p I wanted to have a backup of all my music, pictures n shows.. haha…thanks dad..L) Blahahaha…Friday…out with my sis….decided to visit all the new shopping centres ard spore… went to Newton, novena, wanted to go clark quay too but had no time since I had to be at yishun for my course(last lesson!!!) at 6pm… hehe… sammy, our date at starbucks by the spore river had not been fulfilled lol>P>P Yest was finally when I get to meet nurul n jess...ages since we met up.. J went to tampines mall.. n we shopped(window shopped), took neoprints n went to arcade n ATE!!! Within the few hours we were together, we had two full meals!! Haha…over a year since three of us were hanging out…we were so close in phs… sec 2 esp..missed those days…Jat night had steamboat..yummy… after dinner was the interesting part… my parents decided to take me to “st. james power station” since I am to turn 18 soon..it is a new clubbing spot in spore so wanted to check it out… haha... called my cousin along too… but sighs, they really very tight in their entrance age.. even the day is impt.. we also tried “ministry of sound” n another one, but all didn allow…too bad… maybe in melb ba..:0 just two more months to go… but it was the first time I went checking out these places… super crowded.. haha…went to esplanade instead n had a drink at “harry’s bar” n supper nearb.. haha...by the time we finished out supper, walking ard esplanade n reached home, it was already 3am… I was super sleepy…slept till 1030am today… Today went to cut n highlight my hair… like ah lian now… hehe..;P went shopping at town n had quite a few purchases cos my “:atm:” was ard..winkwink.... dinner with my cousin n family n now I have almost spent an hour typing this long entry… Tmr shall be another day out... vivo city here I come.. tennis in the evening too…cant wait… zzzzz… nights pple..
back from KL!! had a great 5 days, with mark as driver (special mention):P, kat, eugene, joel, ailynn n kevin... though it was kind of wasted that kat had just come out of operation so cldn really go out much..
i really missed the times we had in melb, all together...
but the kl trip made up for a month we didn see each other... the lonest period of time right? :) it was also ai-lynn's birthday so we had a cake and local food to celebrate... n a mango jacket for her prez.... kevin, mark n i were debating which size sld fit her cos there was no exchange... luckily it fitted... :)
it was kevin's birthday yest. so here is a shoutout to u..HAPPY 19TH BIRTHDAY KEVIN!!! hope u had a great one though we werent there to celebrate with u.. sorry... :0 but we wont forget yr prez...ai-lynn is 18, n u are 19, so there is still me left to be 17!! haha... just two more months n i shall enter the 18 league... u have always been the one to plan our birthday surprises, but we cant celebrate 4 u....thanks lots though.. ;)
yup... so my trip was filled with shopping (kevin is good companion :P), adventure at sunway where i was the hydrophillic one being drenched all over at most of the rides, while mark is the hydrophobic one being the driest among us.. there was also petaling street where i had a great time browsing through all the imatation goods.. thx joel n his friends...the chats i had with kat at night till1.30am with the lights off, staring at the ceiling with glowing stars.. talking abt everything under the STARS.. haha...:) eugene who became 2nd driver when mark was too tired, plus using just one coin to win the entire shooting game at the arcade and ailynn who reminded me of all the necessary procedures i have to complete before entering medical school..like having a police check, medical checkup, first-aid course etc.. thanks lots to u cos i am always blind to such details..;)
thanks a lots to u guys...;0 had a really grest n enjoyable time there...see all of u in melb, though kat might be going to sydney, but we will all certainly keep in touch ya? ;)
opps... happy belated new year to all:) (that is if anyone reads my posts.. :P) yup..2007 brings a sense of dread at first but the festive atmosphere all around just lifted me out of that depression and woahla,5...4...3...2....1....2007, n champagnes were popped in our garden..! although the vivo city countdown on tv was a bit boring.. anyway, hope everyone had a great new year n i just realised i wld be turning 18 this year...but that night was great, almost everyone realated to the family was there:) i just love gatherings like this... my brother started his first day at school in RI on 3rd of Jan...quite excited he was i guess... afterall, it was like stepping into a whole new environment... i just realised i have STM... so i cant really rem what i have been doing for these few days of 2007...poor me... yup, but wanna thx cherlyn cos she lent me so many vcds... haha/// :P:P:P i am grinning all over...haha.. n her yong tau fu is still so nice..:) went back to phs yest to do "free labour"... haha.. not really but just to help mr white with his homeroom classroom... in the end, since he got pple to paint his wall, hoiki, teehao, yiyong, phyllis n me just pasted stickers on the school harvest magazine... though it may seem boring, but cos phyllis was so high, it was quite eventful.. hoiki spilled the cup of longan drink, phyllis claiming that she saw such a shuai J1 guy so she was like on estacy lol... haha.. younder nvm right?haha.. she so funny la, then yiyong say she like his mother... n tee hao started singing weird tunes(hehe)plus the lao shu ai da mi..openly declaring to hoiki lol...too bad yiyong in btw them seemed to have been "dian si", electricuted.haha.. our reward frm mr white was pizza.. but it came too late, i was dragged away by my sis to have dinner...one piece leave for me pls??hehe.. but it was fun that day.. :P went for steamboat dinner n we got our family portrait pictures... took them a few days ago but the next day i had a breakout due to the lousy makeup they used on me.. sighs..at least the pictures not too bad...:) today went to watch "blood diamond" with lay...so touching..sobs..after the movie i told lay i didn want to get out of the cinema cos my eyes were quite red.. haha.. paiseh :P but the reviews were not that great thought i liked it... family, greed, war.. the themes were wonderfully portrayed i tot...:) went shopping around in far east n we bought only bought a pair of earings... too many pple hard to shop... then wisma, but no time to go taka... i think we bought more food then other things.. haha...too bad no tennis today, yirong ar.. 8hrs of training u still can take it??.. haha..nvm.. next week then we play..;) had such a great game the other week...with coach john n sam...so close the matches") great partner!! yup... 11-16th jan going KL... cant wait to meet kat,joel, mark, kevin..plus gezzel n charis hopefully... just realised yitming went back to melb le.. so fast.. yup...signing off then.. nights:)
