yest was Hari Raya and so kat invited eugene, allynna, ai-lynn, mark, joel, kevin & me to her cousin's hse in toorak for dinner... :) had been starving the whole day so i cld give credit to the home-cooked food...hehe... it was really delicious n i even, after some pai-seh-ness, took away some to have for lunch today... lol... started the ball rolling for pple like kevin who wanted to take away but didn dare to...but the whole night was really nice, cos it has been so long since i saw everyone gathered together in festive mood... trinity's administrative officer was also there, so as usual, the adults in the living room, while the "kids" in the balcony chatting away... :) & is it so weird to know that i play x box? haha... but i was still thrashed by hafiz, kat's brother who is 10, in some fighting game... he was the hulk, n i was elektra... but why cld he throw trucks at me while i cld only punch him...& rocks are not supposed to be affected by mere punches...LOL... :P went back around 12pm & i finished up some last min preparation for my EAP speech today...
today is a memorable day cos is the LAST BIOLOGY lecture for the year... HOHOHO... haha... we were like clapping at the end of the 1 1/2 hr lecture... but still i feel a little nostalgic to know the year is coming to the end so quickly... SIGHS>>> n 28 oct is day light savings which means there wld be a time diff of 3 hrs btw melb n spore.... one hr forward for us....i dont like the time diff but at least it will still be bright at 7pm...let there be light pls... boom... !! haha...
after EAP, we were also discussing how we were gg to get to the prom venue... tram? taxi? limo?

n i am a happy girl today.. :) went to DFO (direct factory outlets), which is a big shopping complex where all the factory oulets are, n there were massive sales... hehe... yay... n i bought a puma jacket n a billabong pants... ;) thanks to kat, whose mom is here n she drove us there... suppposed to buy shoes, but i side tracked... still, i love my purchases :)
n i even had max breners' before dinner... "soufle" with ice cream!! yummy... n after a trip to safeway for groceries, kat, hafiz n her mom left, so kevin, joel n i went to have indonesian food for dinner... :) had lots of fun n shopping today... but guilt is creeping up now... tmr i shall finish up my eap preparation for wed's talk n other piling tutorials.... sighs..
emm... yest. had a interesting time shopping for lay's dress.... haha... n we got lost in the middle of the city! she wanted to find 314 collins st., supposedly where the vera wang shop was, but no body seemed to know the place existed.... so anyway, we walked in circles and eventually one person recommended this shop which carried vera wang dresses and it was actually the shop we had been looking for... but the staff even told us something like "ya, u wld not find this place if u were looking for 314 collins st..." how lame... haha... isn that the address?...but fortunately, we found it... such a satisfying sense of fulfilment... :) some of the dresses were really pretty but they cost a bomb... i think the one i liked cost a thousand plus...but i still like mine :)
then we went to jessica's hse and it was like aerobic workout... cos we were laughing so hard and my stomach muscles were so strained... ahha... her bf was so kind to order dominos pizza all the way frm korea to send to her place.... haha... jkjk.. he ordered through internet but then, it was the first time i heard of such thing... placing the order in korea n having the pizza sent in melb... :) soso full.... n i bought a box of KIMCHI!! haha.. recommended by jessica n it is soso delicious... yummy...
anyways, today... joel went to look for his suit with kat n kevin (see how it rhymes... jkjk-i think i gg to get myself into trouble)... hehe... abt 10pm, kat n i went over to his place after buying fredos gelati... cookies n berries for me this time... something new.. yay... so we chatted till midnight, then we went back... oh ya, btw, this weird guy suddenly started dancing in frnt of kat while we were walking.... so lame sia... but funny too ;) finally i can sleep after waiting for my hair to dry... someone (who bathes at 1am) told me not to sleep with wet hair...hhmmmm...lol... 123am... so tired... yawn...

i feel really nostalgic after reading kat's blog.. haha... it made me come to terms that it wld be abt 1 month 2 weeks before we graduate and move on to university, hopefully melb uni... all of us still within the same precint.. :) sighs, dont know i sld feel excited abt the whole new journey ahead or being all depressed.. haha.... i wld feel all old and mature beside all my friends back home who wld be still in J2 or poly... is that a good thing i wonder?? *grin* i sld stop feeling anything and just take things as they come.. it is what i have become so good at i dont think i can remember when was the last time i felt like really depressed or really happy... emotions for me just last for that short period of time n soon it just shrinks away...maybe that's a good thing somehow....anyways, there are always anticipation ahead though....they are the silver lining to other less pleasant moments.... :)
-tmr another session of tennis with janice... yay... haha...

finally the weekends are here!! yay... haha... anyways, have ben busy wth drama... janice, me, jason, steven, chris and amina :) i think it is good we have 3 guys and 3 girls though it is kind of bad of us to be having 6 pple while the other gruops have 4 and 5 respectively... hope it works out anyway... :)after my drama, lay, wirawan, janet, jessica, yitming n me went to ying tai for dinner... it was quite early but janet n yitming had to leave soon... so ya, we wanted to give wirawan a belated birthday surprise... it was a nice dinner... but the drinks were damn sweet la.. haha... n lay was quite pissed with the attitiude of the waitress... lol...
after dinner, we went to koko black to have sinful chocolate martini, chocolate cake and eclares... wirawan got a "special" with candles and a small choco. muffin with "happy birthday" on a thin block of chocolate.. quite cute :)... yup, we indulged and talk lots of crap, but was quite interesting... haha... it was so funny cos we were some sort of having girls' talk and getting all excited... haha... but anyway, it was interesting for me to hear more stories frm jessica who studied in new york before coming to melb... i think it is so cool to experience a variety of cultures and be immersed...btw, she is frm korea so i am so determined to learn korean frm her!! haha... hopefully... HL, jealous?? haha/// jkjk... after koko black, we went to our fav. hangout!! SAFEWAY!! haha... supermarket, lame right? haha... but if u have to cook yrself everyday, it wld become such a heaven for u... so many interesting products on the shelves like shopping lol... hehe... we went through every lane and laughed so hard we must be so famous among those who heard our laughters... haha... jessica was like looking through the fragrance (air fresherner) section and all the diff. smells was like so intoxicating.. aha...n we were debating which products were the best... the diff. brands of instant noodles and canned tuna etc.. haha...really funny sia... :P after safeway, went borders for a while before heading home.. :) great night out.. haha... nighty ;)

i am loving the weather these few days... the sun is up and the wind is so nice... ;) perfect spring.. haha..hope it continues this way, helps keep me staying optimistic abt things too> anyways, yest. when we were in my room when kat got restless n crept INTO my wardrobe.. haha....was wondering what she was up to, n ya, she was hoping my prom dress wld be in there... hehe... joel was not allowed to see, of course, though he was like "complaining" haha... yana got the prom tickets for us today... 10 golden tickets 4 one table, sounds like charlie n choco. factory right? looks like it too... $82 each, n "someone" (*grin) presented a kind offer... thanks lots but it is really ok.. dont have to... haha...thanks anyway... :) jocelyn n dora, i am feeling bored so trying to reply yr letters now (so late i know, before i came back till now...sry.. haha..)..i think the joy of receiving something unexpected, especially during times of stress is so "wow"... haha... n surprising, when i receive letters frm dora, jocelyn or ju, it was always during exam period when i really need the motivation n encouragement frm someone.... i hope it can continue that way... my letter box is often lonely so once in a while it needs some company...haha... besides, my mom is so mean... haha.. she bought like chocolate, green tea, durian, lotus...etc.etc. mooncakes n she was like "u want some?"... "i eat u watch..." aaaaaaahhhhhh....
